Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and box, ensuring all tags, cleaning cloths, and authenticity certificates are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
